How many characters do I need?
Text usually consists of letters, numbers, punctuation marks and spaces. To translate text into another language, you need one character as credit in your account for each letter, number, punctuation mark and space. Your requirement depends on how much text you want to translate into how many languages. Once you start the translation with Pixup-Ai- Translator, it calculates how many characters are required for the translation.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
The Pixup-Ai- Translator stops the translation and informs you that your quota has been used up.
Is there a refund if I have bought more characters than I have used?
As a rule, you will need the characters that you have bought in excess at a later date. A cancellation of purchased packages is possible within 14 days if you have not used the characters. To do this, please contact us by email:support@pixupmedia.com
